Ineice "Nene"

Welcome! My name is Nene, and I am the proud Owner and Director of Alphabets and Smiles Learning Center.

With over 15 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I have dedicated my life to nurturing, teaching, and inspiring young children. Teaching is more than a profession to me, it is a calling and a gift that I have been entrusted with and one that I never take for granted.

One of my greatest joys is walking through the doors each morning and being greeted by the smiling faces of "my" children and their families. Those hugs, conversations, and special moments remind me daily why I love what I do. Every child deserves to feel loved, valued, and capable of accomplishing great things.

My goal has always been to create more than just a learning center-I wanted to create a village. A place where families feel supported, children feel safe, and everyone is encouraged to grow within healthy boundaries. Through laughter, smiles, love, and encouragement, I strive to bring hope and positivity to every child and family who becomes a part of our school community.

I have worked hard to create an environment where children are excited to learn, explore, and use their imagination. I want every child who walks through our doors to feel welcomed, valued, and eager to return each day. I believe in every child, and I make it my mission to teach them to believe in themselves. I encourage children to dream big, think creatively, and discover the world around them beyond screens and electronics.

In May 2026, I became a published author with the release of my first children's book, Ms. Nene's See You Later Hug!, which was inspired by the wonderful students who have touched my heart throughout my teaching journey. My book is available for purchase through Amazon and Barnes & Noble, and I look forward to sharing many more stories with children in the years to come.

When I'm not at the school, I enjoy writing, reading, spending time with family and friends, horseback riding, attending church, shopping, and traveling. These activities help keep me inspired and allow me to bring fresh ideas and energy back to the children I serve.

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to do what I love every day. Alphabets and Smiles Learning Center is more than a business to me-it is a place built on love, learning, and community. Thank you for trusting me to be a part of your child's journey. Together, we can help children grow, learn, dream, and believe that they can do all things.

Alicia

Assistant Director

Hello! My name is Alicia and  I have the privilege of serving as the Assistant Director, Curriculum Coordinator, and Lead Teacher at Alphabets and Smiles Learning Center. One of the things I love most about wearing multiple hats is that it allows me to see our program through the eyes of both the children and the staff. This perspective helps me better understand their needs, celebrate their successes, and provide the support necessary for everyone to thrive.

With over 10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I am passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young children. Whether I am developing curriculum, supporting teachers, or working directly with children in the classroom, my goal is always to help create a positive and nurturing environment where everyone feels valued and successful.

I believe that strong relationships are the foundation of a successful school community. By working closely with our children, families, and staff, I strive to help make Alphabets and Smiles Learning Center a place where learning is fun, growth is encouraged, and every child is given the opportunity to shine.

When I am not at Alphabets and Smiles Learning Center, I enjoy spending quality time with my children and family, traveling, shopping, and simply enjoying life the way it is meant to be enjoyed. These moments help me stay refreshed, inspired, and ready to bring my best each day to the children and families we serve.

I am grateful to be part of a team that is dedicated to making a lasting difference in the lives of children, and I look forward to continuing to grow alongside them every day.

Ms. Kena

Young Preschool Lead Teacher

Hello! My name is Ms. Kena, and I truly love working with children. Their endless hugs, bright smiles, and contagious laughter fill each day with so much joy and purpose. One of the most rewarding parts of being an educator is realizing that while we are teaching children, they are also teaching us every single day through their curiosity, honesty, and unique perspectives.

My favorite part of the classroom is introducing new themes and learning experiences each week. I love watching children become excited about discovering something new, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing their own ideas. Seeing their confidence grow as they express themselves and engage in learning is one of the most special parts of my job..

When I am not at Alphabets and Smiles Learning Center, I enjoy spending quality time with my children and pursuing my passion for animals. Whether I am with family or caring for animals, I cherish the opportunities to learn, grow, and create lasting memories.
